Tortellini tomato soup steak recipe


I installed Dr. Daily Greetings Greger on my phone last year and it was a real opener for a few reasons. The application is just a simple checklist of ingredients that incorporate into your daily diet – ideally, each day. Beans, berries, spices, nuts, greens etc. In fact, it is not simple. The thing that hit me right away is the way you have to do it each lunch (and snacks) count if you want to check all the boxes. I found that I had to have more than one project from my usual "free" approach, as well as a sophisticated recipe arsenal. So! The first thing I started doing was to incorporate meals that were delicious, satisfactorily, a box-checkers spoon like this soup.

Roasted tomato

It is a booster lentils and a tomato with a stew, filled with delicious, tender pasta, filled with a variety of spices and sprinkled with plenty of spinach. It's so delicious and simple, evening-friendly and excellent for the rest. Also, no shame in the use of frozen spinach, here. It reduces the already minimal preparation time here to almost nothing.
