This is a noodle salad that you will crave every day. A shiny, flax-colored flax of noodles, cabbage, chopped carrots, sushi ginger and plenty of coral, basil and onions. It has tofu and peanuts, coconut, ginger, avocado and hemp seeds. The dressing (!) – is simple but powerful, and comes out with a strong spicy lyric-lime punch. This is one of these almost perfect dish meals. You may not want to prepare these many ingredients every day, but you will forget this detail when you get a pinch. Some tips – you can make the dress a few days earlier. You can also do a lot of baking and grating a day or two in advance. Cook pasta in the classroom, though.
