Today's recipe is a fantastic formula. It's an Insta riff-friendly for the Korma Cauliflower Cauliflower recipe in Jennifer Iserloh's Healing Slow Cooker. An instant korma disc. I blended with the highly influential Indian Simmer Spices from Coco Morante's Essential Instant Pot Cookbook. If you have a juicy sauce in hand, be it the aforementioned or a version that you bought the store you love, it could not come along faster. It's the perfect vehicle to get all kind of goodness in your body at one, delicious meeting.
I love this recipe because it is absolutely packaged with energy ingredients, including a delightful range of aromatic spices. I like to think I get a lot of spices in my diet, but I think the real key is the incorporation of spices mixtures in many meals. Not only a few times a week, but daily. For example, the simmer sauce has coriander, cayenne, cumin, turmeric, paprika, and whatever spices are in the garam masala mix. It's the way you move from the notes to a string.
No problem if you do not have an Instant Pot, a stovetop version is also a breeze, and I will include instructions for it below below! Also, for reference, this is the Instant Pot I used for this recipe: Instant Pot DUO Plus 6 Qt 9-in-1
Lateral Note – Another way to get a mix of spices and energy ingredients on your meals is pastes. This is part of the reason I like strong curry yeast like this, or a strengthened miso paste like this.
