We all know the dangers of getting too much sun and I also wrote about how to get rid of a sunburn as well as the risk of getting too much sun.
Today I wanted to live out a piece of a dream and write about how to get your best darker ever.
Why get the best sunscreen? Well, like Chris Stephens, the DJ on the Northern Exposure TV show once said
"Sometimes you have to do something bad – just to know you're alive."
Back when I was 15 to 20 I tried every summer to get the bigger one suntan I always told my friend Darin White and I will one day write a book on how to get the best waterproof.
Well, this is not a book but it is an opportunity to fly what I have never learned over the years about how to get the best waterproof.
I think there are 10 steps and then I'll end up with a lot of tips on what I think are important tips on how to get the best tan this summer you've ever had.
Here are the first 10 steps you will need to do first to get a good tan.
Lufa and exfoliation
Exfoliating your skin is a very good idea. When you take a tan, the color you get is the result of the skin that reacts to the sun.
If you have dead skin on the top of your good skin then it will block the sun.
When exfoliating your skin make sure you do not rub hard, you may want to take the dead skin away, but you do not want to damage your good skin under so make sure to clean your skin.
Emulsion in lotion
I know you may think that using sunscreen lotion may be against the idea of getting a dark tan is really a requirement.
First of all, choose a sunscreen lotion that has a lot of moisturizer on it.
What I would recommend if you want to get a dark tan is to make sure you have about SPF factor 8 or 10 and make sure you have spread everywhere, do not miss out on any point.
The good thing about loosing a lotion is that it allows your body to gradually get a tan instead of tingling very quickly and then getting a burn.
You want to go slowly to get a big tan as it will last longer and it will be easier to darken without burning. Remember that the sunscreen lotion does not do anything for about half an hour, so you only have to do the black lotion just before you go out.
Only for one to two hours a day
You do not need many hours of sunshine but it is important if you want a good tan to make sure you take one to two hours a day EVERY day as the continual days are going to give you that good tan not the number of hours in a day.
The important thing in your time is to make sure you get your whole body tanned. Do not miss any point and make sure you follow this for at least a few days, so your body gradually gets color.
Soak your entire body
If possible, get some kind of reflective blanket to lie down when you like, so your sides, as well as the inner and outer sides of your feet, get a tan.
The sun comes up and the most impressive tan is one that is smooth and even around your entire body.
It's easy enough to pull your front and back tanned, but what about your sides and the back of your hands?
When you black out your forehead, lift your hands and your head slightly back so you can tan under your hands as well as on the back of your arms and pull your throat as well.
When in the stomach you hold your hands out, so that you tighten the toes of your arms and shoulders. Turn every 15 minutes in half an hour.
Shower after your sun
Do not go over the shower. This means that if you have a shower in the morning and then sunbathing in the afternoon only have a very fast shower to rinse the sunscreen lotion.
If possible, do not have a shower a day until you have taken your time for afternoons so that on the weekends you may tan in the morning instead of the afternoon.
Also, when showering you never use soap, except in sparse areas such as your armpit I say no soap on your skin as the soap will dry your skin and can peel some of that skin that get the color.
Day and night of hydration
Moisturizing creams are very important to keep your skin healthy. Use a good moisturizer when you get up in the morning as well as after the tanning session and then the night before going to bed.
The more moisturizing your skin is the most radiant the look and feel and the longer you will be able to keep your tan as your skin will stay alive and healthier for longer.
I drink a lot of water
Sun tan is only for the outer layer of your skin, so make sure the skin is healthy. One of the best things you can do about your skin is to drink plenty of water.
The water will keep your body hydrated and therefore will keep your skin hydrated as well.
Do not only drink water while you are in the sun to work on that tan, but make sure you start your day with a large glass of water and drink water throughout the day.
Tan for successive days
A day of the sun will not do much and a long day of the sun will simply lead to burning. Have you ever noticed that when people go skiing in the winter and get a tan or sunburn that will go away in a few days?
The important thing to do to get a deep tan and keep it last is to get the observation time for as many consecutive days as possible.
If you tan a day and then two days later, then the basic tan of the first day is wasted, so most people can not get a deep tan, all they do is take the sunset at the weekends and Do not try to get sun over the week.
Never take sunburn
A sunburn is a condition that will kill the skin cells that you are trying to get the color for. Never allow the skin to burn, as you should expect to lose that color to your skin and then start re-starting your consecutive days of sunshine.
I have failed at this point over and over again not to be patient about my reverb and by being careless with my sunscreen lotion. Do not make this mistake, it is up to you to be careful.
Stay away from extra sun
Have a plan that you can follow to get a spray and the weekends what will happen is that you will have many opportunities to get extra sun and this can and will inevitably lead to getting too much sun and sunburn.
The best way to avoid this extra sun is to plan ahead. You have a very strong SPF 30 lotion that you often put on, wear a hat, wear well-covering but loose garments and natural sunglasses to protect your eyes.
Some extra tips to remember
Now that you have the 10 point plan to get a good sunscreen I thought I could get some tips on what does not really fit these ten spots for sunscreen but still it's important anyway.
When tanning covers your head when you are blackening your back. This is important because when you tan your face gets enough sun. When you blacken your back, you do not want your face to get even more sun.
The most sensitive parts of your body are the neck, the back of the legs and the face is the nose, the front and under the eyes, make sure you always have a good lotion opal lotion at the positions of theses so that you can get a tan before these areas will burn.
Watch the waist. Try to make sure your feet and waist are at the same point in each tanning period, this way you will have a strong tan line and you can also tell how tanned you are.
I know some people who will let the waist move an inch up or down in consecutive days so they can tell how it is tingling today compared to yesterday.
Your tan will not appear for four hours or longer. When you go out in the sun, do not worry about how little color you get, its volume will appear four to six hours later. As you probably remember from the past if you get a burn that sunburns will not show up sometimes or will surely worsen the night after your exit.
I hope these tips will help you this year to get your best bonnet ever.
