The best way to eat is as I've mentioned many times before is to have 6 meals a day. These meals consist of taking all your frames in one day and then breaking it down into six small meals. This means that your meals are much smaller than you can get used to.

The next thing to worry about is the amount of protein in each meal.

Eat about 20 grams of protein per meal and then over time, if you get too serious to become a serious bodybuilder then you will get up to 30 or even 40 grams of protein in one meal.

20 grams of protein by the way would be about half a chicken breast or 2 to 3 ounces of meat.

Lastly, remember that if you take this protein you can't just substitute it for making a giant steak instead of all this time.

Your body cannot process this large amount of protein at the same time and you will spend it unused. With the price of steak and chicken we can also make the most of it instead of losing it.

Rest to get muscle fast

Balance is also critical when trying to win fast. You need to make sure that you sleep well and are not affected by stress as these two things are really important to gain muscle after a hard workout.

As you may or may not know that training that makes you strong is only the most intense part of gaining muscle. The only time your body regains muscle and gains back is during the night when you sleep.

If you get too much sleep then your muscles will heal, whether you sleep badly or not, then your body will not fully recover and your body will easily be damaged.

Stress is also a roadblock for muscle gains. Your body is not going to recover from a stressful workout unless you allow yourself the recovery period.

Stress causes you to tighten your body and muscles, and muscle tightness is a prime reaction that allows you to respond quickly to the various dangers that our cave contour prepares.

So eliminate the stress where you can.

Okay, I saved the biggest one until the last one. To gain muscle really fast, of course you need to train smart and make the most of your muscles without over-training.

Have you ever considered a manufacturer? They tend to be great with muscle and fat, but considering how much they lift they are not huge as bodybuilders.

The best way to build muscle is not to lift a lot throughout the day, but instead. you have to raise a lot in a short period of time.

Even most people who work out in the gym do not realize it, as you will see men doing sets after the set with long rests between sets.

I can tell you that the best way to train is to warm up your muscles and then fail. Failure means you do a set of 10 reps or something and at the end of this set you have nothing left to stand up to.

After you've done a few months of this work, you'll be able to use advanced strategies like stripping, pausing and overcharging, but at this point just try to make sure you need a point in the last one or two.

As for the number of sets try to make two sets in failure for two exercises in each muscle group. That means for the back, for example, that you would make identical lats for two sets in failure and both sets of seated lines in failure.

Using this lifting strategy should also make your workouts much faster than you would expect. Your exercises should last no more than 45 minutes in total.
