I like to kick my day, doing some exercise in the morning. As you may or may not know in the morning is the best time to practice and there are plenty of reasons for this.
First of all, when you get up and exercise immediately if you run, ride, swim or weigh, there is nothing to really stop you.
If you wait until the evening, you are often stuck because you can have commitments that will help you and as we all know if you do not have time to exercise will disappear very quickly
Another reason for morning workout is to get your metabolism going and jump start your body and mind for the next day.
There is nothing like getting your heart rate and sweat. After you get a morning workout you have a clearer head and much energy. This is one of my main reasons for getting my morning training.
Finally, the best reason to work this morning is to increase your metabolism and burn more calories in the morning.
If you were not working in the morning then you will keep that slow metabolism until lunchtime, but if you do this workout in you is going to pump that metabolism and burn a lot of calories.
Another tip. After training in the morning try to wait about an hour before eating. There is a good burning of fat that happens right after your workout and if you eat right then your body will not burn fat but it will take glucose from what you have just eaten.
